Hematite contains a high concentration of iron, so it should be kept away from prolonged moisture to prevent rusting or surface damage over time. Avoid soaking Hematite in water or exposing it to humid environments for extended periods, especially during storage. Clean gently using a dry or slightly damp soft cloth only. Avoid salt water, chemical cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaning methods. Store separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box in a dry place to preserve its smooth metallic finish and prevent scratches.

Yes — every stone is 100% natural and AAA-grade. We never use synthetic, dyed, or heat-treated stones. The colour and pattern you see is exactly what the earth made — which is why each bracelet looks slightly different.
We ship pan-India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Orders above ₹999 ship free. You'll receive a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.
We offer 7-day returns on damaged or incorrect items. If you received something wrong or defective, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right. Since each bracelet is handpicked and made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind — but we're always happy to help you find the right stone.
Brief water contact is fine. However we recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, long showers, or intense workouts. Prolonged water exposure weakens the elastic cord over time.
