Black Obsidian is a natural volcanic glass and can chip or scratch more easily than many crystalline stones despite its smooth appearance. Avoid sudden temperature changes and hard impacts, as the stone may crack under pressure or shock. Clean gently with lukewarm water and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, and ultrasonic cleaning methods. Store separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to protect its polished surface from scratches and edge damage.

Natural variation is not a defect. Every Black Obsidian bead is unique — slight colour differences and inclusions are what make your bracelet one of a kind.

Yes — every stone is 100% natural and AAA-grade. We never use synthetic, dyed, or heat-treated stones. The colour and pattern you see is exactly what the earth made — which is why each bracelet looks slightly different.
We ship pan-India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Orders above ₹999 ship free. You'll receive a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.
We offer 7-day returns on damaged or incorrect items. If you received something wrong or defective, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right. Since each bracelet is handpicked and made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind — but we're always happy to help you find the right stone.
Brief water contact is fine. However we recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, long showers, or intense workouts. Prolonged water exposure weakens the elastic cord over time.
