Sulemani Hakik is a relatively durable agate stone, but it should still be protected from repeated hard impact and rough handling to maintain its polished finish. Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight and extreme heat, which may gradually affect the depth of its natural banding and colour. Clean gently using lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning materials, and prolonged soaking. Store separately in a soft pouch or fabric-lined jewellery box to prevent scratches and preserve its smooth surface.

Natural variation is not a defect. Every Sulemani Hakik bead is unique — slight colour differences and inclusions are what make your bracelet one of a kind.

Yes — every stone is 100% natural and AAA-grade. We never use synthetic, dyed, or heat-treated stones. The colour and pattern you see is exactly what the earth made — which is why each bracelet looks slightly different.
Setu is our proprietary magnetic clasp — Sanskrit for "bridge." Two magnetic ends snap together in 2 seconds. No hooks, no fumbling. Available in Gold, Silver, and Black finish. All Setu clasps are compatible across our entire bracelet range — collect and mix freely.
Measure your wrist with a soft tape just below the wrist bone. Our Setu sizes: S = 16cm · M = 18cm · L = 20cm · XL = 22cm. Between sizes? Go one size up — bracelets sit best with a little breathing room. Most women wear S or M, most men wear M or L. Elastic is one size fits all.

We offer 7-day returns on damaged or incorrect items. If you received something wrong or defective, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right. Since each bracelet is handpicked and made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind — but we're always happy to help you find the right stone.
Brief water contact is fine. However we recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, long showers, or intense workouts. Prolonged water exposure weakens the elastic cord over time. The Setu magnetic clasp is water-resistant but not waterproof.
